Today’s directors are under pressure to perform in order that the business thrives. However there are numerous situations that can arise which have negative effects on a business.

Our approach is simple, we always strive to save a business. Once an initial review has been undertaken we will formulate a survival plan for the business and work closely with the director’s, management, employees and creditors to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved.

We also focus on the company’s internal and external development and assistance is provided to ensure the company achieves maximum market penetration. It is inevitable in some businesses that a change of management will be required. BRS have the required contacts to effect this transition and if necessary arrange for an interim to be appointed to deal with day to day issues whilst the company is being rescued.

There are numerous ways in which the desired outcome is achieved. This may result in areas of the company being marketed and sold, a management buy out may be effected, a new entity may be formed by the existing director’s to take over the business.
