Creditors' Support Services

This service is specifically for Creditors. A member of the BRS team can attend a meeting of Creditors as requested by a creditor or body of creditors. We will provide the instructing creditor with feedback and/or guidance in respect of the mechanics of a particular insolvency route being proposed. In additional BRS can provide further advice on the next course of action and a realistic opinion on the level of dividend the creditor can receive based on the information obtained.
