Administrations

BRS will facilitate putting a company into administration. This insolvency option may be initiated by the directors of a company, or one or more of its creditors. It is a powerful tool and provides short-term protection to a company from all its creditors, to enable a rescue plan to be formulated and implemented.

One of the purposes of an administration is the rescue of the company as a going concern. If this is not reasonably practical then BRS will aim to achieve a better result for the company's creditors as a whole, than would have been likely in liquidation.
